SHIPPING
Our primary methods of shipment are UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service. If you prefer a different method, please specify when we confirm your order. You will be notified of shipping charges at the time of order confirmation. We charge the exact amount for shipping and insurance that is charged to us for these services. We charge no hidden handling fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Country Chrome Motorcycle Shop makes every effort to treat our customers like we want to be treated. In the event that you are dissatisfied with an item and desire to return or exchange the item, please email us (include a detailed explanation for the return) at info@countrychrome.com or call 304.273.4986 in advance for a Return Authorization Number.
A NEW UNUSED item in the UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING may be returned within 10 days of the purchase date for replacement or credit. NO installed item(s) or electrical parts will be accepted for return. NOTE: Before you open any vacuum packed or shrink wrapped packages, please verify that it is the correct item and it is what you wanted. Unopened packages can be resold or returned to the manufacturer.
Warranty returns for some items sold by Country Chrome will be handled consumer direct with the manufacturer. Other items will be handled by the dealer only. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT TO COUNTRY CHROME:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
2. Write the RA# on the outside of our package.
3. Include a copy of your receipt/invoice.
4. Provide a note explaining the reason for the return.
5. Return via U.S. Postal Service or UPS prepaid. (NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED)
6. Upon receipt, you will be credited or a refund will be sent to you.
7. Insure your return - if we do not receive it, we cannot responsible.
